Elderberry & Hibiscus Tea
Homemade Elderberry & Hibiscus Tea is great for all seasons. Drink this tea if you need an immunity boost with a floral twist

52 oz Tea Kettle (with infuser)
Ingredients

tsp
Dried Elderberry
4
tsp
Dried Hibiscus
1
tsp
Dried Nettle
1

Cinnamon Stick
Spring Water
Optional: Honey or Agave (for sweetener)
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except the sweetener) into the infuser.
Add room temperature or cold water to the kettle and fill.
Turn the heat to medium and allow it to boil. Keep the heat on this setting for 30 mins.
Turn the heat down to simmer.
Pour the water into a cup/mug; add your sweetener and ENJOY! This will be extremely hot, so allow it to cool or blow.
